Follow this journal for the following 4 weeks. You can answer all questions for the week in 1 day or spread them out throughout the week.

In addition to that, please fill in the anxiety tracker and answer the 2 questions that come with the tracker on a daily basis. Please also incorporate the 5-minute exercise plus reflection into your daily routine. Make sure to use this journal every day for the next 4 weeks in order to see the best results!
